Our Farm Fresh Journey

Welcome to Yolked Up, our family-owned and managed farm rooted in a passion for quality, nutrition, and animal welfare. Our journey began when we started purchasing pasture-raised eggs for our family at the supermarket, searching for eggs that reflected both quality and the ethical treatment of hens. We wanted healthier eggs from chickens raised with care, and soon this led us to create our own small-scale farm experience.

Starting with just eight chickens on our hobby farm, we fell in love with raising hens and growing fresh food. Watching our happy hens thrive on open pastures and live naturally brought us so much joy and true fulfillment. We quickly saw the difference it made not only in the quality of eggs but in the satisfaction of knowing where our food came from.

Soon, we began sharing our eggs with close family and friends, raising awareness of the importance of ethical hen-raising practices and the benefits of fresh, pasture-raised eggs. Along the way, we noticed a lack of variety in high-quality, pasture-raised eggs in our area, and this inspired us to bring our eggs to the broader local community.

Today, Yolked Up focuses on raising hens ethically and educating our community on the journey of food from farm to table. We invite customers to visit our farm, where they can see firsthand how our hens are raised and experience the joy of fresh, healthy eggs.
